- 2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup golden flax meal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour in to a well oiled, oven safe, skillet or pan.
- Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Aaannnddd, that is it! This is a super simple quick bread, and super easy to throw together for dinner. One bowl, one spoon for mixing and one pan for baking. DONE!
