Not Cornbread – Not a bit of corn to be found!

This recipe blows my mind every time I make it.  How in the world can something that doesn’t have a bit of corn in it taste like the real thing?

If you like your cornbread sweet and moist, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

First off, preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Then gather…

  • 2             cup         almond flour
  • 1/4         cup         golden flax meal
  • 1/2         tsp          baking soda
  • 1             tsp          salt
  • 4            large       eggs
  • 2            tbs          apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2        cup         honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour in to a well oiled, oven safe, skillet or pan.
  3. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.

Aaannnddd, that is it!  This is a super simple quick bread, and super easy to throw together for dinner.  One bowl, one spoon for mixing and one pan for baking.  DONE!
